2. Participant Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults aged 18–65 years
  • Experiencing visible hair thinning or hair loss (androgenetic alopecia, diffuse thinning)
  • Willing to maintain consistent application for the full 90-day trial period
  • Willing to share photo results for consumer education and marketing purposes
  • Able to provide informed consent and complete required assessments
  • Access to a smartphone or camera for photographic documentation

Exclusion Criteria

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the trial
  • Active scalp conditions (psoriasis, severe seborrheic dermatitis, open wounds)
  • Currently using other prescription hair-loss treatments (oral finasteride, dutasteride)
  • Known allergy to any listed ingredient
  • History of hypersensitivity to Minoxidil
  • Systemic conditions affecting hair growth (thyroid disorders unless stable and treated)

⚠ Important product disclosures

This product contains Minoxidil and Bimatoprost. Minoxidil is an FDA-approved OTC active for hair regrowth (results vary; not for those under 18). Bimatoprost is a prescription-grade active dispensed under physician oversight only. Discontinue use and report immediately if you experience cardiovascular symptoms, scalp irritation, or unwanted hair growth in adjacent areas.

7. Application Protocol

Daily Use Instructions

  1. Part hair to expose scalp in thinning areas.
  2. Apply roll-on applicator directly to scalp — do not apply to hair shaft.
  3. Gently massage with fingertips for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Allow to dry completely; do not rinse.
  5. Apply twice daily, or as directed by your prescribing physician.

Compliance tracking: a minimum compliance rate of 80% (73 of 90 days) is required for results to be included in the final analysis.
